Hi, so I always see posts asking and telling about yaoi/shounen ai where the uke gets hurt/sick, but I can never find any where the seme does. Some example situations would be the seme protecting the uke, and therefor takes a wound and/or dies for them, the seme gets sick (for any reason, be it the uke's fault or not), even the seme getting kidnapped or something..though I'm pretty sure that's usually the uke. I'm open for different variations of this type of scenerio, so feel free to leave more than just what I've listed. Thank you so much!!

There's Bi no Isu and it's sequel Kobi no Kyoujin (IKE Reibun), which might be to your liking, since the relationship of the characters involved has a rather violent nature and right away you have your scenario, where they are set up against each other.

Ikoku Irokoi Romantan and doubtless ViewFinder as well, though I can't remember a specific example
Mezase Hero!, they are police, and the seme of the secondary couple ends up in the hospital
Kyou, Hana no Gotoshi, again it's the secondary couple
Toware no Mi, story 7. The seme was in a car accident, and got really hurt
