Romance w/ a male lead who chooses the "second" or "other" girl.

I can think of some shoujo or josei that fit the whole heroine choosing the second or other guy but I cant think of much shounen, seinen, or manga w/ a male leads that fit this. As in a guy liking or dating a girl and then ending up w/ someone else.
I haven't read it but I heard
Ichigo 100% fits. What else? I think GE could sorta fit depending on how it ends. I would prefer a scenario where a guy dates a girl, things fall apart, and he ends up w/ someone else.
A guy has to be the main character. Like I said I could think of plenty of shoujo, josei manga where the girl picks someone else but not the other way around.

Kimi no iru machi it fits perfectly and it's good to if you like all the drama :-P

As to the topic... Onani Master Kurosawa. He ends up with nobody you'd expect. Romance is not really the primary focus (though it is a major plot point).

Thanks guys. I had read some of Onani Master Kurosawa but stopped. I'll finish it. Ciguatera really interests me so I'll check it out. 😉

Ah, sorry, I haven't really seen/read Kanon, so I wasn't sure. ^^; Just seemed like a surprising pairing from an outside point of view

in the first chapters the guy was in love with another girl
like in lovely complex
he chosed the second - big mistake
his first love is already married - with his brother, who disappeared 2 years ago

in no bra the male lead looks like a cucumber with a turnip for the face......and the whole gender disparity issue was poorly handled

I'm reading Ciguatera and loving it. Thanks so much for recommending it.
ShadowSakura: I read Lovely Complex but I haven't read Nanaco Robin. I had my eye on it since it's by the same author but never actually got to reading it. I'll try it. I also read Seven Days. I suppose it could sorta fit in a shounen ai sorta way. I haven't read Spiral but I'll be checking it out later after I finish w/ a few other series I'm reading. Thanks a lot. 🙂

just one thing to say: spirals maintheme isn´t romance, it´s...i don´t know the english word, in german it´s krimi.... it´s... a detective story/crime thriller/murder story
