Hm... hard question. I find Doushitemo Furetakunai erotic, also some mangas by Ootsuki Miu, Rutta to Kodama, Kiraboshi Dial... but they aren't porn AT ALL. I just find really erotic how delicate the sex scenes are, it really gives me the feeling of passionate sex, I love reading them.

BUT, IF we are talking about perverted porn yaoi, I guess the most extreme ones I have read are: Glamorous Boyfriend, Sailor Danshi and Baby Bitch! (this last one is a bit disguting for me...).

well I don't know if we have the same definition of what's erotic in a yaoi manga so I can't give recs..
