I'm a light sleeper unfortunately...And it really sucks since I usually get a 6 hours sleep every night maximum...After those six hours I wake up. That's why almost every day after lunch I try to take a nap...

I can sleep thought my dogs barking and my cat's sleeping on my head, but there was one thing that would wake me up: a meow. I had this one cat that around five am would want outside and he would meow a few times, then jump on the curtains. Now this cat was huge and as soon as he hit them, they were coming down, so I quickly learned that if I heard him, I needed to get out of bed no matter how cold it was and let him outside.

I used to be a heavy sleeper when I was a kid/teen, but things change. I've become an extremely light sleeper now. It sucks.

If i'm tired enough i'll sleep through most things. If i get at least 6 hours of sleep i can usually manage to be woken up by voice or alarm clock. And if something I really want is coming out I will wake up. On my own. It might be a bit broken now. But before my internal clock was pretty good at tracking time. And i could set the alarm on it and it would actually work. My body would just automatically wake up around the time I needed to wake up. Now it just works like an ordinary alarm clock. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. Or i hit the "snooze" button and end up missing a class.

I am both

I must sleep at least 4 hours and 40 minutes, in that time a war couldn't wake me up

now after 6 hours even the birds can wake me up

I am a heavy sleeper
in the holidays my bro would always come to my room with his friends and play gta san andreas with high volume and i could not hear a thing.
my alarm clock wakes me up but i turn it off and go to sleep so i put it on the other side of the room to make me get up and turn it off
sometimes it works
also one time there was a earth quake and it woke up half of the city i kept sleeping but woke up when my mom got scared and believed it was a rocket or something(israel so we are allowed to think like this ;D)

My aunt is said she was like that, but I can tell you right now that she's not a light sleeper and neither is my Mama. My grandparents can be, though.

I used to be able to sleep even with a baby wailing next to me, but lately my alarm clock does its job.

Not really, I'm somewhere in the middle (kinda lost though). I usually wake up when it's clear enough outside, don't really use alarm clock, but when I did it was enough to wake me up.

Usually slight noise can wake me up, yet alarm clocks don't. Whenever my alarm clock goes off, in a rage, i just slam it shut and go back to bed, however, with a slight noise, perhaps someone walking in my room, I'm up and proper.

Mom says that when my brother was born, for about the first week I would wake her up whenever he started crying, but after that I just slept through it.

I sort of am. When I was younger, I used to be a really heavy sleeper, but now I can wake up in the middle of the night from thunder and stuff.I guess it depends on how sleepy I actually am. I do wake up from the alarm though.

Alarm clocks don't work with me. They can be in a watch, computer, actual clock, it doesn't matter; I will sleep through it. If I roll out of bed and hit the floor, I'll wake up, though. If my brother comes into the room, I'll wake up (usually), if someone pours ice-water on me, I wake up. I think I normally wake up when someone yanks the covers off me, too, but I wouldn't swear to it.

I miss having a nanny to wake me up >_<

My cat's very persistent when he wants food at 4am in the morning though... he's an expert in waking me up, but sometimes it doesn't work, so he goes to sleep next to me. laugh
