OP you should also check out Fujimi Lovers but be warned I was told that it has a

yaoi ending. IDGAF tho the story is so engrossing, imma stick it out to see how something like this could possibly turn into something like that.

Gotta second Douman Seiman, though again (putting his H manga aside) some of his manga and oneshots are too creepy to be called cute. Most stuff by NAKAYAMA Atsushi has unique art and oscillates between cute and creepy.

You could try Shikotama and Yome ga Kore na Monde. (and other stuff by MIYATA Kouji).

Fujimi Lovers is quite good, except for the ending:

In the last arc the girl is "reborn" as twins. One of the twins is female and one is male and all the action is between the MC and the male twin. The manga ends as they're about to share a tent in the wild... To be honest it stops one chapter short of being yaoi and it's sort of a cliffhanger, but better to have a cliffhanger than yaoi.

Apparently in the last chapter it says "Part 1: Over", so maybe there will be a continuation some time in the future (hopefully not a yaoi one).

Cheese in the Trap: apart from the fantastic storytelling, it has a very expressive art and humorous art style.
Centaur's Worries: the younger siblings in this series are cute to die for. The first chapter is pretty ecchi, but the author quickly tones it down in later chapters.
Ryuushika Ryuushika: cute, slice of life comedy.
xxxHoLic : well, not cute, but most of your examples aren't that cute either. Lovely art style and drama though.
Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei: slice of life, unique art, hilarious.
Aqua and Aria: very refreshing and relaxing slice of life, the art just makes you feel the cool breeze.
Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou: nostalgia impersonated.
Gon: baby dinosaur.
Donyatsu: pastry-shaped cats with aliens and mechas. o,o

I'm not sure if these are what you're actually looking for, but maybe there are a few you'll like.
