that's also a rumor.it's propably true but you never know until it's in the manga

Here is the crazy theory
We know that Pein/Pain is related to Jiraya and been his former student, but no longer. And that Pein does look like Naruto and therefore Minato - the 4th Hokage. And by nature of its organization, all Akatsuki member are up to no good and are evil and Pain as 2nd in command and de facto leader and therefore we assume as very evil.

We also know that when 4th defeated the Nine-Tail fox he divided its Chakra into good and evil parts, with good being sealed into Naruto. And everybody says that 4th died doing that seal

So my theory is that the evil part of Nine-Tails the 4th sealed into his own body and and the good - Minato personality - did "die", while his body is possessed by the evil part of Chakra of Nine-Tail Fox.

What about Pein = Minato's brother?

@xeronia- sounds kinda plausible, they did look vaguely similar. So that would make naruto's mom be hangin' out with her dead baby daddy's brother...... (forget the last part, i just wanted to say baby daddy's)

Well according to the most recent chapter, 372, the chance of the Pein being Minato has definitely dropped. There may be a chance that Pein has Minato's body in case he feels like using it, but thats alls. The little boy with black hair in Chapter 372 looks nothing like minato, unless by the time he went to konoha he changed into a blonded hair body, but if that had happened Jiriaya probably wouldn't have trained him. And if it is minato, Jiriaya would have had a much more shocking look on his face when he said it must be that kid or something like that, cuz he even believes minato to be dead. But know we can only wait for 373 to explain the meaning behind the eyes which Jiriaya was surprised to see. Meaning also that the eyes aren't directly connected to the kyuubi, since the little boy had them way before the fourth sealed the kyuubi, which could be concluded seeing how the three Sanin were still together and young fighting under konoha still.

Also, we now know (even more) that Pein is a name only known to the Akasuki, and that if Jiraiya knew Pein earlier on, then Pein is an alias.

But we can assume that the village would put on a grand funeral for the fourth no matter what if he was dead. They pulled through for the third when the forces were down.

ok this is just my guess but im thinking that pein is trying to seal all the jinchuuriki inside of those nine bodies that we saw in the room

The True leader Has not been shown yet! Yes Akatsuki leader was Uchiha Madara in the past. But the new Leader face has not been show. It could be the 4th but i think it someone else in Naruto blood line.

Also so far the manga keeps on saying that Uchiha Madara and the Hokage started around the same-time. So i think that Naruto blood line is in both houses...

Unfortunately since I read ch 372, I doubt that Naruto has any specific blood connection to anyone who is still alive whether heroes or villains. Ch 372 dashed any hopes I had toward that conclusion other than Kishimoto-sensei draws very similar faces for many characters. I don't think Uchiha Madara is related to Naruto only to Sasuke as an Uchiha, also I don't think that 4th Hokage came from any sort of old blood - family (aka Uchiha's, Hyoga's or any bloodline limit familys), all was told he was a singular genius and I assume he came from normal ninja family or from just any normal resident family of the hidden leaf village. If Naruto came from any sort of noble bloodline from hidden leaf village families', I am certain he would be living with that clan now, he might have been despised and feared for being 9-tail fox but he wouldn't have been living alone in a small apartment like he does now.
The only way Naruto is related to any substantial family or bloodline would be thru his mother's Uzumaki family which hails from now extinct Land of the Whirlpool. Furthermore, Akatsuki major players - those former kids from Amegakure are not related in any way to Naruto too.
For this arc, I doubt we will find out anything signifacant relating to Naruto family or bloodline.
Also, Kishimoto-sensei described Naruto many times as being alone, no family no nothing from beginning and then gaining friends who become his family, I think at this point finding Naruto any blood connection other than being related to 4th hokage, would be pointless to do and defeat the whole point of him being family-less and alone.

mm as far as i now thats not posible that the 4th is still alive its more posible that the real leader of akatsuki is kakashi´s "dead" friend obito cuz tobi the one that everybody thinks is uchiha madara dont convinces me i mean why does he use that strange mask and why his only visible eye is the right one ? maybe cuz he gave the other one to a friend or bla bla bla xD?

actually Jiraiya staited something like its Uchiha Madara.And the most likely true possibility now is the one that it's Obitos body with Madaras soul...but we have to wait for that and most likely for a long time since the recent chapters don't look like we're going to have some new information about the Uchiha clan

I'm wondering more like why is the most powerful dojutsu serving under the weakest.(If I'm not mistaken Kakashi said during the Chuunin examinations that the Byakugan was a better dojutsu than the Sharingan.. Though I suppose the MS wasn't known about.. Or he could've just said that in that specific area the Byakugan was better..) Either way the strongest dojutsu is still serving under an inferior one..

If you look at how the Dojutsu are explained then you can relate them all to their relative skill levels.

The Byakugan is mostly tied with Taijutsu because of it's unique nature. It could be considered weak because of how limited it is in that it excels in this aspect and no other.

The Sharingan seems to be the mid-class Dojutsu. In that it can replicate moves, aside from blood-line skills, based on having just seen it once. Though it excels in Genjutsu with the Mangekyo Sharingan. Because of a lack of details on the other techniques the Sharingan is capable of it causes the Sharingan to be highly praised Dojutsu but it is still fairly mediocre.

Finally, there is the Rin'negan(only spelling I've come across). Which has been described as a legendary Dojutsu that only the creator of the Ninja World had. So, even if it were an extremely powerful Dojutsu. Because there is no knowledge on how to use it it's possible Pain/Pein is weaker then Madara/Tobi only because of a lack of experience with his Dojutsu.

There are just other crazy strong ninja's around the time the Hokage was retiring.. Leaf has only had 5 Hokages.. Maybe a couple more and a bloodline limit will slip in there.. The Hokages from other villages may have them though.
