Yes I have actually, I was a quarter finished with the manga, thinking it was girlxgirl manga
So I checked all the way at the end and ruined it for myself 🤣

How about Otomen? The lead characters are girl in boy's body, and boy in girl's body. The refreshing part is it doesn't involve any sex change/soul exchange at all.

I second The Day of Revolution although it ended so abruptly (but atleast it's better than akane-chan.
As for other mangas..try Divine Melody, it's a very good manhua.
