I hope that there wasn't a similar topic already (if there was, I'm stupid cause I couldn't find it!).

Basically, I'm looking for a (preferably long, as in at least 10 volumes, but if you know a really good one that is shorter it's ok too) romantic manga (smut is fine) with a good, twisting plot and a female lead that isn't one of those cute, sweet, delicate little things (you know, like Tohru from Fruits Basket or Misuzu from Air), but someone with balls (maybe a bit of an action manga is okay).

Also, if you know any in particular where the male lead is hot and cool, and one of the two (or both) has a mysterious past, that would be a bonus.

In short, a manga along the lines of Tokyo Crazy Paradise, Skip Beat!, Hana Yori Dango or Kodocha (even if it's short).

Oh yeah, Comedy would be a plus.

I know it sounds like an insane amount of conditions, but lately I can't seem to find any other manga that fire up my interest like those did.

Akuma de Sourou (10 or 11 vol?) could be a fit... Takeru is definitely hot and mysterious-ish. Kayano seems a little wimpy at first but she grows stronger through the series. I think she's great. And if you haven't read Kare Kano (21 vol), that has both the strong female lead and the guy-with-a-mysterious-past points.

Wow thanks for all your suggestions! I have read quite a few of them (Power!, Akuma de Sourou, KareKano, YamaNade, H3 and Host Club)... however I forgot to mention one thing... that I'd rather not read manga that aren't complete... which means I'll definitely go and start reading Mx0!
