It's a little disturbing to have it moving around like that when you're trying to eat it.

A lot of those comments were outrageous. It's not that inhumane to do that to a fish when you consider what some people do to tons of other animals and also other people.

Just for those who doesn't know about this dish:

They knockout a live fish, cook the body but leave the head un-cooked. Technically the fish is dead. The twitching it muscular and spinal response. It's like chopping off the head of the fish and then putting it on the plate. the body is totally cooked. It looks fresh, **as if the fish was alive, but it is not. **

I'm pretty sure fish head, like snake head, will live for quite some time after being separated.

Tsk tsk tsk, this is going to be another one of those things people will scream at before they even know what they see........ 😔
People are just going to ignore my explanation and draw their own conclusions///// now I feel sad for all of humanity. 🙄
