I like girls on top too whether it's in bed or not. I like Pink no idenshi except for some parts. It's a bit hentai. You should find ones with Taichi & Natsu. Since in my opinion all others pretend to be girl on top but actually it just reverses back into that guy protecting girl stuff. Yuck.
You know what's weird? Whenever the girl is supposedly strong, when man comes about, she suddenly becomes helpless creature. That disgusts me. You can try Ha Jin, Yu's books too. Cheon Gi dot com and Adventure and Trouble Diary. For some reasons, girls in her stories are really strong in personality and they all have their passion for finishing school and getting a career. And they are really the one in charge with boys. Boys are really strong guys usually, but they tend to be a little shy when it comes to love. (it's so cute!!) And I like her plot, idea, and sense of humor. Read Cheon Gi one first since you might feel her drawing uglier if you see vice versa. Karma by Soo Jung, Shim is really good too. It has awesome story too. This author knows how to tell a story. (Her drawing isn't that amazing but it looks bearable and you'll get used to it) I don't know what languages you speak but if you speak Korean you can try Girls on Top. (Top Girl). Actually this is how I found this page. I was looking for this manhwa. 😀 😀 I don't exactly think she's top in relationship but she's the outgoing type, works hard, and story's setting is pretty cool. Apparently the after some event at earth, male population in all species are becoming less and less. And their life spans have decreased significantly compared to girls. Guys population are being protected at all countries. LOL very strange but interesting. I loved Minja Cho's one, you should really try that if you didn't try it. Oh and check out other works done by the same author of Kidnapping of Minja Cho's boyfriend if you want a girl character who actually acts actively to get a guy and not wait for prince charming to come to her. I like characters strong in general. Physical strength and girls who are passionate, determined, and actually tries hard to get what they want. But most of my experiences in reading manhwas or mangas with strong girl (physically), they are no match for the main character guy AND they become all weak, crying, worrisome girls after they meet their guys. I hate stories like that.

Kyou, koi wo hajimemasu She doesn't start out dominant (in fact shes pretty submissive at the beginning), but once the plot gets going, shes the one who sets the pace of the relationship.

mm, i'm looking for similar things aswell, so sick of the girl being so helpless!

it's really good, the main character is naive, but isn't entirely stupid, she's super strong and saves the guys asses soooo many times, they owe her!
