I guess you could also maybe try skip beat. It is a factor in the story (as one of the main male characters is a singer, though it isn't central to the story).

And sorry the only ones that involve music that I know you already have listed. I thought Kimi ga Aruji de Shitsuji ga Ore de was going to be one, but so far it's been nothing but a harem.
