I'm looking for some manga that have to deal with the male lead falling in love first.
I'd like the male lead NOT to be weak or wimpy to the point the female lead walks all over him.
Decent artwork

I'd prefer if the male lead was popular and good looking 🙂

Thanks in advance!!!

Last Game, this one is the first one come to my mind.
Warau Kanoko-sama and Koi dano Ai dano, the prquel and sequel, superb!
Nijiiro Days, well, I think the male lead isn't really wimpy, actually he made a move with his friends help. No time waste to try this one 😀
Akagami No Shirayuki-hime, It might fits too.

and as Blique says, I recommended Fruit Basket too 😀

Kuragehime LOL
Akatsuki no Yona
Beauty Pop
Pink Lady
Kurenai Ouji
Katakoi Triangle
Annarasumanara
Hana ni Arashi
Film Girl

Some of these aren't really that focused on the romance aspect though...

I think Akuma to Love Song had that plot. I don't remember perfectly, since it was a while back.
