So we will see Pain sometime? I doubt that he's Yondaime. Yondaime was good.

Well one thing is clear. Tobi is either:

1. Uchiha Obito (most likely)
2. A new character (maybe mangaka is just playing with us and making us think that it's Obito)
3. Uchiha Madara (highly unlikely, unless he used some jutsu to switch or merge bodies with the late Obito)

It is quite possible that some guy (new guy, or Madara) just stole Obito's powers and eye made them usable... its happened before... Oro and Kabuto fusion anyone?

Now before you start bitchin about plot holes and such again, just take a deep breath and save it for urself. We have NO way of knowing whether or not Obito being alive for example, makes sense or not when Kishimoto hasnt gotten around to expaining it yet.

For all we know Obito didnt really die. Maybe he was saved by someone last minute or something that hasnt been explained yet happened to make him come back with memories intact or not. So dont talk about plot holes before a fact has been reasonably explained by Kishimoto.

And dont forget that even with Kakashi's black hole sharingan and sasukes space/time jutsu's BAD explanations its not necessarily a plot hole. (by the way sasuke just traveled back to the Manda's dimension/pokeball when the summon was undone... he didnt really manipulate time or space... well i guess he did travel tru space tho)

And lastly dont forget that its Kishimoto's manga and he can do whatever he damn pleases to. And no amount of bitching will change that. Yes its his manga and YES he can revive dead characters if he wants to... and most likely he WILL explain the plot's development in due time... be patient!

For the last time, Sasuke didn't use a damn Space/time jutsu. He merely used his sharingan on manda and controlled him and made him go back to his own dimension and then waited for someone to summon him back.

He summoned Manda, caught him will Sharingan, grabbed onto him, and dispersed him back to Manda land....all in the blink of an eye that it took Daidara to set off the Patrick Star bomb.

Sounds like a Space/Time Jutsu to me.
