I don't think that Tobi is Obito for the following reason: Obito could not have known about the Madara secrets in the underground Tengu temple. He barely had Sharingan by the time he went on the mission where he died. He actually developed the Sharingan better while on the mission! They would not have shown the secret temple to a Jr. (late blooming) Sharingan user. If he had appeared at the temple after the mission, everyone would freak out that a "supposedly" dead Uchiha wanted to go look at it.

Obito could not know about the MS and could not have learned it on his own. Ergo...Tobi is not Obito.

another thing that i metioned , in chapter 364 page 5 , itachi and forgot his name are talking, and the fish guy says that he is no the las of the clan. itachi responds that sasuke is still alive, and after that he says , besides .... ! which in my opinion has to mean that there is a third one alive of the clan.

also do you guys remember , before where itachi and sasuke were talking in the flashback, and itachi said something about the true purpose of the Uchihas ....

Well that is pretty obvious now! Ghost Shark is a member of Atatsuki and there are two members of Atatsuki with Sheringan.....so Ghost Shark would know wouldn't he?

Everyone has been saying Uchiha Madara is ancient old.
I would love to see where in the manga it says Madara is an old generation who is already dead.

I only remember Kyuubi mentioning Madara to have a more cursed chakra than himself.

And you have to remember that Kyuubi was sealed in Naruto between 1-2 decades.

Kyuubi could have met Madara before he was sealed.

And I'm pretty sure Tobi isn't Obito.
You have to remember that Kakashi visits that gravestone with the names of people who died during the war which explains his tardiness in the beginning of the manga.

OMG! Madar has space/Time jutsu - he gets almost defeated in the past by Kyubii powers and time jumps decades ahead to the future (now time) and masterminds his own revival! Amazing!

Those are their own special jutsu that no one else have.
I highly doubt anyone else knows Orochimaru's reviving technique.
And if someone does know his jutsu... its meaningless because then Tobi would be under control of someone else. Then there would be someone who is controlling the Akatsuki (Pain) who is controlled by Tobi who is controlled by someone else? I doubt it for now.

Kakuzu's jutsu didnt bring back anyone from the dead... it just gave himself more hearts. and their elemental chakra. Does anyone else have those black strings that comes out of the body like Kakuzu? nah I don't think so.
