The argument is that we don't know how much time passed. Anya was already 16 or 17 by the end of the series, so...

Kallen fans don't really have a choice, I mean, those are facts... That's the reason all the Kallen fans didn't instantly go "OMG he's dead he can't be with CC because I don't like that". She can still talk to him if he is dead, so it doesn't make much of a difference, most of them are just happy that there's no Gino crap 🤣 .

As a Kallen fan, I'll confirm that to be very much correct. I don't care in the slightest that C.C. won in the end, and i still optimistically believe Lelouch to be alive. Kallen was destined to lose from the beginning; I'm perfectly willing to admit that. I'm just happy the thing with Gino didn't go anywhere conclusive.

No, R2 is said to be the final. The best we can hope for are the DVD specials

Read this. End of Argument.

Said post is mostly based on conjecture, I've gone over it already, and although I agree that Lelouch is alive, the only solid evidence comes from what happens when Nunnally touches his hand, the rest has equal amounts of evidence for and against it, and is entirely interpretive.

This thread is pretty much over unless someone can provide a rational statement (existing within the show's mythology, with supporting facts that cannot be rationally disproven) as to why Nunnally contracted the memories in such a manner.

Crenshinibon posted a lot of info to crush that blog based on points from 4 chan anons. there are to many stuff already stated and questioned before that show a lot of holes here and there on that blog. if anything this is probably another one of those who thinks along the lines of the ending was the "Good End" route. it doesn't settle anything.

lol crenshinibon, you got to that one pretty fast. 🤣

Everything in that has already been discussed before...

First off, If Lelouch really did inherit Charles Code why wasn't it visible? You can't say it's because it hasn't activated yet since Charles already had the mark even before it activated...

R2 is not "Engrish" of Lelouch Lamperouge because the anime uses correct English

When C.C. looked up the say "Right, Lelouch?" it can be seen as speaking to the dead...not literally. Don't we also do it in real life? Hmmm...say like the end of Saving Private Ryan...

If Orange knew that Lelouch was immortal why wouldn't Suzaku know? Suzaku did cry you know...

The only evidence we can really use for his immortality would be the memory transfer though it's not enough...

Actually, I would argue that one irrefutable piece of evidence is enough. If there's no other explanation for it, then it is so.

And just so it's out there again: R2 = "Rebellion and Reconstruction". They said it in one of the magazines towards the beginning, I could probably find the statement if I really had to dig for it.

Regardless of whether or not he knew, Suzaku could never see Lelouch again after killing him. "Lelouch vi Britannia" died, no matter how you look at it, whether or not a nameless immortal lives on is irrelevant.

@Jr: That's my job >_>. Posting meaningless things in geass threads instead of sleeping, anyway. Good way to waste time 🤣 . It'll be over once 00 starts and everyone stops caring.

it's also the core major dilemma of the discussion. 😛 no matter what now it all seems to boil down to that Nunnally matter. there's really no easy way to rationalize how it went down logically.

well at least they're rational, cause i've seen my share of crazy posts from some Geass fans. 😲 🤣 but yeah it'll probably blow over by the 5th when 00 does come out. i have a feeling it's going to be like that with me since i've been waiting for it for a while. 😛

<---Another analysis with the conclusion that Lelouch is still alive. A lot more in depth though, haha. Freakin' Geass and its parallels! 😛

@blakraven66--->Suzaku cried for Lelouch's sacrifice, whether or not you believe he died. Same thing with C.C, I believe.

Approaching it from a rational literary standpoint is nice, and although I would say it counts as evidence, I'm sure there are ~8,000 "pro-death" guys who wouldn't. Hence why I say that solid evidence from within the show's mythology is necessary, not interpretations, however logical, well written and crafted they may be.

My assumption is that CC was crying because he took up the mantle of immortality, but losing his identity also works.

that website explains if he's dead or alive in the last episode. he has to be alive and if you read on there, you'll see why. The question is though...are they going to make another season? And if so, about what exactly since the world is pretty much already united?
