Huum... There are many things in the world I don't feel like eating. Things I can eat, but would never get out of my way to do it. so I can bring to my mind only a few things I dislike, and all of them are things that anyone can understand why I wouldn't eat like, Livers, Ears, Guts, Roes, Eyes, Peppers, and Tails. The most normal thing I dislike is Beet.
Beets aside, I simply wouldn't eat.

I would pick at it and eat like a millimeter by a millimeter.

I'm generally quite picky, but I feel that refusing food would not only be rude to the person who cooked it, but also a waste of money at the same time. There's also the fact that I constantly remind myself of how many people are actually starving out there, while I'm safe at home (or somewhere) complaining about a meal. So basically, I'm the type to finish every last bite, no matter how much I may hate it. 😀
Though under different circumstances, then I would probably find a way to excuse myself politely from the table and come up with some sort of a reason for not being able to eat.
Things I will NEVER eat for example: Raw meat of any kind, the intestines of an animal (beef intestine is the only exception), parts of their body (feet, testicles, butt, ect.), animal blood, and bugs.

Wait, what kind of dislike are we talking about?
If I was visiting someone else and something were to be served that I don't like (i.e. sprouts) I would eat it. If it were in my own home I wouldn't (except when I'm really hungry), but since I cook for myself this is highly unlikely.
But, if that person was serving meat I wouldn't eat it (me being a vegetarian).
In a restaurant I wouldn't eat it, but I usually know exactly what I'm ordering (those 2 or 3 times a year I go to a restaurant).

I'm going to sound like a bastard now and say: living in poverty for a while taught me not to waste food. 😀
In all seriousness it depends on the situation but over the years i learned to enjoy food i didn't like initially. At home it isn't a problem because i'm the one who cooks for the entire family. If i'm at a restaurant or party i would still eat the food, unless it's something really horrible, like bugs for example. In that case i would apologize and just not eat. Everything else is fine: it's not bad to try new things, and thinking about all the people starving makes me feel like i should enjoy what i have and what is given to me.
I eat any kind of normal food, but I‘m very picky 80% of the time..
Meaning,
If you were to give me any kind of food, 80% of the time, I‘ll be refusing it, especially if I already decided on what I‘d eat on that time...
I don‘t eat if I‘m not in the mood to eat it (But ofcourse, I‘ll thank you for it, its the thought that counts)

That really depends on what is served.
I absolutely hate and curd/yogurt. It literally makes me puke. So if I was ever served curd I would refuse to eat it. But I usually take care to ask people not to include that in my food wherever I go. So it hasn't happened yet.
I am generally not a picky eater(except in the above case). Have my mom to thank for that. Even if I am served food that I dislike, I would eat it out of courtesy.

I'll eat it. I'm not a picky eater. I simply love to eat. As long as it's edible, it's fine. Even if it's something I don't like, I'll eat it.
