I personally like it when someting supernatural seperates the couple and they must fight to be together, no love triangles or anything like that, just two peopel wanting to be together. Like Rahxephon, even though its not necessarily romance.

I'd like a simple romance plot where there are no triangles, squares, quadruples or what not. I hate those indecisive character, just pick one already hmph... Series like Koukou Debut and W Juliet are the best and has the kinda plot i love the most. Although there are hints of triangles in Koukou Debut, it was toned down by Haruna's love for Yoh which might be a lil bit too overwhelming at times like when she couldn't face Yoh for days after their first kiss 😛 .

Oh one of my fav. plot also would be love between older girl with younger guys. I dunno why but everytime read manga like that it taste a whole lot sweeter hehe...

i'm usually open to any, but when it gets too complicated.,,, i might give up reading it=-) Love triangle's are cute, and i like to hope there'll be a happy ending. If it's sad the author better find a way to make it sad, yet a great ending=-) 🤣 😀

I agree, I like the simple, sweet romances :3 No triangles, they're just too heartbreaking.

Oh I also have a thing against the main character changing who they like. For example: Full Moon wo Sagashite.

I prefer plots like that as well. When there's a love triangle, I always feel bad for the one that gets left behind. 😢

I don't care much for indecisive characters either, I like when they know who they want and how they are going to try to keep/get them.

Guy and girl love each other but sorta don't know it. I've read and watched countless manga/anime and it never ceases to make me sigh in my little lurker's corner and wish for somebody to, you know, start hating the shit out of me and then she suddenly realizes that I'm a pretty cool guy and we can have a relationship, naw mean?

I like any kind of romance, (I'm a hopeless romantic), but it gets complicated when there are love triangles, rectangles, etc. involved. but all in all, I love any kind of romance.

I read so much mangas, I'm too lazy to watch anime! 😛 😛 😛

My favorite type of romance plot is when the heroine and/or hero's best friend gets together with someone too. I hate it when the sidekick gets overlooked even though (s)he is helping out the hero/heroine a lot. =\ maybe I'm just a sucker for ridiculously happy endings.

Hmm, I don't know if I like it best. But I like it. When the two main characters at first don't get along with each other, bad impressions and stuff and always fight when they're together, but they actually like each other.
