I'm looking for some really funny manga.
a couple examples of the kind of humor I'm thinking about are
yotsuba!
skip beat!
tokyo crazy paradise
though skipbeat and tokyo crazy paradise are both series in which comedy isn't the main genre I do like the comedic styles of both.

I would recommend Hayate no Gotoku. It's a comedy and very funny,
But if you actually want to sh*t yourself, then I can't help you. 😀

angel densetsu is one of my favorites. I've always liked how the description for the manga is so angst ridden, but the whole series is a huge comedy.
