Yes, and no.

I'm the type to believe bad things will always happen, either often or not so often, but they will happen.
So when those bad things don't happen you have luck on your side, but when they do happen you have bad luck. Then again, I see it as a random drawing of how many days you'll go by until something bad happens.

... So I guess my answer leans more towards yes.

sigh I'm having a bad week. Such bad luck. (not really it was bound to happen, but at least it's not that bad).

Yes. Luck is a thing. You can be lucky. Some people will tell you that nobody can consistantly defy statistics and that might be true, but it's not he point. Let me tell you a story.

A man takes a random die from a pile and rolls it. It comes up 6 and it keeps coming up 6 every time he rolls it. Is that luck? Let's say it isn't. That die is actually weighted, but isn't he lucky that he grabbed that weighted die at random?
