I'm looking for Ecchi manga with a strong lead, especially male. I'm a sadistic/dominant type myself, so I have a hard time reading those Ecchi manga with absolute weak and pathetic losers as male lead character, who are constantly abused by everyone. I want an Ecchi with a dominant male who knows what he wants, speaks his mind at least on occasion and does not accept abuse from anyone, especially a Tsundere who thinks she is entitled to abuse everyone just because she is delusional.
Mind you, I do not look for one of those shojo where the girl falls in love with a guy who practically rapes her and that's supposed to be romantic. I can't really give an example here because I have yet to find a manga I was content with. Nice art is a bonus here, Ecchi is about the sights after all.

Note that I will read manga, manhua, manhwa and everything, I just say manga for convenience.

Unbalance x Unbalance - seems to have the protagonist you seek, but it's not really an ecchi manga...

I think Trinity Seven: 7-Nin no Mahoutsukai fits what you are looking for. Its ongoing and comes out monthly.

nana to kaoru may fit your taste. he is a bit of a loser usually, but when the s&m "breather" switch is flipped he is a lot more dominating. plus he doesn't really get bullied or anything, people just look down on him for being creepy... and he goes on fantasizing about s&m so its not like hes the annoying tormented pathetic protag xp.

oh... and AIKI i suppose..... tho there is technically rape its done off screen with only comedic reference.... and its not romantic rape... its rape rape... done by the protag.... to a chick he probably just gave a skull fracture... clearly a man that is fit to be a role model and should be admired xD. although its probably not as ecchi as you want, cuz it focuses mainly on fighting. despite that there is still quite a lot of fanservice, and a few explicit scenes. also he has the not taking crap from anyone in spades.... well except for one person but w/e
