A guy with a cold heart (heart broken or too much work to think in <3 ) that dosent effort to find love, but some how destiny sends him a special girl to torn down the ice, him without noticing it.

I think both Mars and ES have an element of this...and nodame cantabile though the guy is more cranky and keeps to himself but innately he might just have been a nice guy all along..These are very popular mangas anyway so it might already be on ur reading list. One is Masca (Korean Manhwa) ...

ur right...but the description being looked for here is 'not looking for love ' but doesnt say that 'cold to girl first and then warms up' so this should fit..

Princess- Tor and Lala relationship- towards the end of their story, you find out how much he loves her, was pretty cold to her the whole time though

Threads of Time- Saly Talyi has been in love with Atan Hadis ever since he was young but he is a real cold bad guy and hides his love for her

I really like the cold type of guy falling in love too, he doesn't even have to start being nice once he falls in love, I just want it to be acknowledged that he did....
