I think I'd rather be loved by everyone,but hated by the one I love. I mean it's not like I'm capable of loving only 1 person, and being hated by everyone...just think about that for a few moments and try to imagine how you'd live like that.

i think the question is actually about love and friendship,which one would you give up for the other?
love can be bittersweet,can make you weaker(especially if your interest is cold or indifferent towards you)
but friendship is always a source of strength,so i choose being loved by everyone but hated by the one i love....
