As previously said all smut male leads hmmm well there aren't actual manga male leads that I hate right now because if I didn't like them I wouldn't read the manga, but the traits of them for me would be the whole thing where the guy has had a troubled childhood and therefore the lead girl has to "save" him or allow him to get away with being a complete jerk. Also when any guy forces his gf to do it or acts really jerkish after being DENIED. Its like jeeze get over it go read a book or some thing.

I've got a new one - Usui from Kaichou wa Maid-sama! I mean, I guess he's designed for girls that are into sadists, but my HEAVENS he is such a jerk. Practically threatening to rape Misaki to make her stop acting too lesbian.
And another time, forcefully pushing down and stripping, in a way that was supposed to seem like raping, a 14-year-old crossdressing boy to remind him that he's actually male. He's the magical gay-bashing fake rapist! He's supposed to be a "perfect guy"?
Also, why can't Misaki just get a job at one of those ftm host clubs or butler cafes? She would obviously like that a lot more than working at a maid cafe!

All smut male leads definitely... they're all molesters or rapists. Just because they're good looking doesn't give them the right to sexually harass people. (men and women alike)

Zero from Vampire Knight - I know everyone goes into freak out mode for Zero but he has way too many emotional issues. I know girls are obsessed with being the therapist to their boyfriend and helping them find the light but... no. This type of guy will always make you feel guilty no matter what.
The following bishie stereotypes I absolutely would not date (though some I don't mind reading)...
->The ultra possessive and jealous guy who used to be super cool and a playboy who didn't give a crap about any women's feelings until the main girl came along. Basically the rich playboy that found his new, interesting and different from the rest of his toys, toy.
That kind of jealousy isn't flattering, it's scary.
->The super cold bishie who only knows how to throw insults around because he has such a horrible and traumatic past that it's acceptable. However once the main girl spews some BS about accepting his past or heals him with her ever dazzling, innocent and pure SMILE... I'm pretty much done there.
->Basically any guy who is originally a complete jerk at first but does a 180 flip as soon as the female heroine comes. Yes, people change but NOT THAT MUCH. However... sometimes it's only in front of the main heroine, he treats everyone else exactly the same as before, like trash. OR... he changes so much all his guy friends are making fun of him and all his female stalkers/fanclub are ridiculously jealous. He's usually the cold yet good looking bishie who has mother/father issues and doesn't care about women at all because they flock to him.. (even though they all come to him, miraculously he's never had a serious girlfriend or only has had one for the sake of drama)
Also... he's probably a genius and good at absolutely everything.
basically I hate it when that personality would not fly on anyone else that is not superbly good looking. Then again most good looking guys are jerks because they can be due to their looks. Yeah no... take a step down from the ego ladder please.

I also agree. He's so mean to her, and he sleeps with other girls. She should definitely not have stayed with him.

Ryoki from Hot Gimmick was a huge jerk and a horrible person. I do not understand his "appeal" AT ALL.
Basically all smut male leads, especially ones in Shinjo Mayu works.
The Watashi no... Megane-kun guy was pretty bad as well.

There is one series where the guy is kinda a jerk but it works so well for his character.
I forgot the name right now but its like he was an ex deliquient but now he's a teacher, and the girl was an ex-delinquent too. Then comedy abounds, well... he's not a rapist like a smut guy but he is in the style of the jerk shoujo guy but I have never seen it work better than in this manga thus far(it's still early).

I hate any and all love interests who feel that another love interest should back off just because they've known the object of their affections longer. That whole "I've known *** for ** years, so please give them back to me" thing just pisses me off like nobody's business. I mean, do you expect this person to remain single just so you can sit there and pine over them? Rather than trying to make the other person back off, just grow a pair and go for it! Soshi from Absolute Boyfriend is a prime example of this kind of crap. 🙄

I didn't, just for you, I went through my archive and it was oresama teacher. Though I don't know if yours fits because I haven't read it. Based on the comments, it seems serious and well done. the one I mentioned is very comedic and not a serious work.

I hate the type that rapes the girl they supposedly "love", and then when the girl makes friends with other guys the male lead turns into a possessive monster and then tells her to stay with him at all times.
