I just remembered Please Save My Earth has an older girl with young boy relationship. However, I didn't like the art much. So if the art doesn't bother you, you might like it.

Kodomo No Jikan is more of younger girl going for older guy. Yes, it's a pedophile but only because of the girl. The story is delving into a lot of different kind of problems kids face but be forwarned, it DOES have some scenes that may disturb some.
I'm also looking for older woman going after younger man but nothing dealing with yaoi. I see enough of those scenes in my daily life that I don't need to read it during my "relax time". I'm odd, so shoot me.
Any further suggestions for the genre of Older/Mature woman going for younger guy is much appreciated. Thanks to everyone who's supplied something thus far.
