3rd parties come in to cause problem for the main couple. People who like one of them does things to try and break them up. The more asshole the 3rd party, the better.

Would prefer guy going after the girl, but will take both.

The main couple maybe break up, but get back together not long after. Both in the main couple always love each other and never like the other person causing trouble.

The main couple is still together in the end.

Bonus if it shows them get married.

Are you sure you are thinking about the right one? I read about Junai Tokkou Taichou! and it doesn't seem to have a "hardcore" love triangle as you describe. It doesn't even have a love triangle tag on its info page.

If I remember right there is a 3rd guy who wants to get the girl. At first it seemed like he got no chance to break the couple. Later he got into it real good. The triangle is not the main thing here rather only an arc. Even though its an arc but its quite good. It got what you want within that arc.
