Looking for a Manga to read.

• Ecchi
• Romance (doesnt have to be the whole plot.. but at least some would be nice)
• Strong non-pussy male lead. (Unfortunately most shounen harem male leads tend to fall under the category of pussy)
• Can be action/adventure/what-ever-else
• I don't like chicks with short hair... so keep that in mind ( I know I'm picky )
• this one isnt a requirement, but i also like older women, so older woman x younger guy is also a plus

Some good examples of what I'm talking about:

High school of the Dead - Great Male lead imo
Unbalance x Unbalance - Another great male lead in this one
Kyoushi to Seito to - this one is actually an H, and the male lead was sorta less than cool, but I still enjoyed it for the most part (has older woman x younger guy which i like)
Negative Happy Chainsaw Edge
Mx0 - Another awesome Male Lead
Gantz - If you've read this, you just know 🙂
