Is it alright for you to read english translation? I think most scanslated mangas available are in english...
you can juz check the websites of scanslation groups that translate the manga chapters. just check for the scanslation information on every manga title you've checked over mangaupdates. This is afterall, an informative site.

As for the language.. O_O;; erm.maybe some of the scanslation groups also scanslate them into Chinese. but I'm not sure if there's plenty of mangas like this..

Not really sure if you can fall Nana to Kaoru Hentai since they don't really show any sex and hardly any breast showing. Even though some may need to decide by themselves if they consider S&M hentai. I don't.
