I'm hunting for random mangas related to Victims of a tragedy...

For e,g
Memory loss
Psychological trauma from Rape or abuse
Abandonment

BUT I'm not looking for mangas that focus on someone who is physically disabled after accidents or having terminal illnesses.. And I'm not looking for mangas related to bullying..

Examples of mangas that I'm looking for....
Bitter virgin <-- female character was a rape victim
Doll Garden <-- Another rape victim
Evangelion<-- Shinji being abandoned when he was a kid..
God Child <-- Cain's mentality from his estranged relationship with his father..

and also Bitter Virgin as suggested previously.

If you are interested in comedy, you can try Girl Saurus, Girl Saurus DX(sequel). In a few words the main character gets a serious fear of women after getting his ass kicked by a girl in his class. I also second Homunculus, kind of weird but very interesting read.

I'll suggest Gunslinger Girl as it is awesome. The girls in it all have survived horrible, tragic fates and have lost their memories.

Although I have no idea why someone would want to read about rape and abuse, isn't real life bad enough with out have it intrude into your entertainment reading?

There is memory loss and bullying. It later turns out the memory loss is due to a multiple personality disorder brought on by psychological stress.

Well yea! These kind of things are Horrible in reallife but I'm searching for this type of mangas cuz I'm looking for variety in my reads!

I'm so sick of the cliches and stereotypical characters..storylines everytime I leech off random mangas off the net! Which is why I posted these kind of threads..I knew I can count on the ppl here!

Bitter Virgin - Male lead falls in love with a victim of abuse and rape and struggles with his emotions.

Naked - Not what it sounds like. It's about a boy who makes friends with a neighborhood kid with a turbulent family life.
