Now that I think about it, I do make "racist" jokes all the time. But not in a mean way. Just for fun. No one gets hurt.

I think it's the way the eye lids fold. It not 100% accurate but it worked for me. Also listen to what language they speak and accents.

Actually I've noticed a downward fold on most Japanese eyes (Upside down U shape), while Chinese are usually upward. Koreans I haven't really noticed. All I know is I have been mistaken for all three by Chinese, Koreans and Japanese. 😛

I've never been able to tell the difference between Korean, Japanese, and Chinese. My dad always gets mad at me for it, but I can't help it.

I'm kinda figuring it out. The only distinct feature is that Japanese tend to have slanted eyes. The eyelid folds don't work. My dad has them, I don't, we're both Chinese. Koreans kinda have the rounder, rosy-ish face...? Not sure. But usually, I kinda know by instinct.

On topic...

racist jokes are funny...if they're cultural and not necessarily bad.

I meant the direction they fold in.
