a good plot is a MUST.
The Art must be OK unless the plot is so good that you end not minding the art at all.

I will tell you what I don't want

Yaoi >_> (I did love D-ASH even after the Yaoi bits, but D-ASH was special so don't take any risk)
Shounen Ai and pretty much everything with Ai 🤢
Extremely Sad endings (I don't search the net to get depressed)
If you say NARUTO, I will put you in my hit list
Horror (I don't search the net to shit my pants either)
Gender Bender (Bender is cool, but Gender Bender is not of my tastes)
Mecha (Evangelion was cool, and so are transformers, but Mechas is not something I like a lot)
Yuri (is Ok here and there, but if is all over the place then NO)

What I like?

I would say to look in my List's, but that would be mean

I like Seinen a lot, Comedy and Ecchi too

NOTE: I hold sword fighting in a different level than the rest of the manga, so if it deals with that sort of thing be sure to specify

PS: I would say I like a lot of things so gime your best hit!!! 😃

PS2: (by Sony) a Harem in with the guy ends with all the girls would be awesome!!! (because it would be as rare as Ice in hell)... Unless Hell is truly made of Ice in with case the pun doesn't apply 🤣

Alright here are some suggestions I can make.

Gunslinger Girl - one of the better seinen manga I've read. There are some quite sad moments, but I feel obligated to mention it anyways. Great plot.

Kurohime - the beginning is repetitive as all hell but at least it has an unbelievably hot female lead to look at even then. Once you get past a certain point, the plot becomes actually really pretty good.

Change 123 - it's an ecchi seinen action series with a hot female lead/leads. Interesting premise. Decent so far. Can't really tell.

Claymore - my favorite manga. It's fairly dark for a shounen manga, and though the vast majority of the cast is female it's not very ecchi. Still, it's an engaging read.

I could suggest probably more, but they'd be series just getting started and I can't really gauge how great their plots are yet. I'll keep it at this.

Oh, and you might want to try out Naruto, its relly awesom ...

Tsukihime - It says horror, but honestly I never thought it was. I really recommend this. Not finished yet but pretty darn close.
Psychic Academy - Great art and story, ending isn't too great but everything else before was enjoyable.
