I recommend Anedoki. It is one of the very few manga tagged as "older female younger male" where the male actually looks younger than the female.

In my opinion, if the younger male character looks and acts more mature than the older female, any age difference just feels irrelevant. If anyone can recommend other manga similar to Anedoki in that respect I would really appreciate it.
