Somehow, Masshiro ♥ Valentine comes to my mind first. It's my long time favorite and I guess the cutest manga I've read. It makes me go 'awww' all the time.

Last story from the Pink Prisoner, A Question of Milk.
Aside of it being a quite good and original oneshot, it is also really sweet. Not in the pinky fluffy style that makes your teeth hurt, but rather in a calm sweet style.

well im a total loli lover, so im very sorry guys, but Kodomo no Jikan has to take 1st prize for cutest/sexiest manga. =P
but Sakura Kinomoto from Card Captor Sakura takes the 1st prize for cutest/sexiest character ^.^ ♥

Fruits Basket was really good, and as much as I love this manga, I don't think it deserves the title- the cutest 🤨
Dear was very cute.
Cardcaptor Sakura (saw only the anime) - was cute, although the drama took away some of its cuteness..
For some reason, when it involves drama it becomes less cute in my eyes..
bukiyou na silent comes to mind, as well. 🙄
