Just wanted to know your opinion, in my case i prefer to remain silent instead of say always the truth or lie (even if it´s a pious lie) but if i have to choose between the two of them, i would pick to tell the truth (of course there are exceptions acording the circumstance and to who i had to tell the truth/lie)

Well, I'm more of a naive person who can't judge the situation, so I wouldn't know when to tell a justified lie most of the time and just blurt out the truth even if it hurt someone...but hey, it's better than lying then after a while he/she found out the truth anyway.

I choose other. I never ever tell the truth. Not even right now. My words must always be shrouded by lies and deceit.

I would also, but sometimes a lie is much better than the thruth, not always but still when somebody you know looks like crap and he asks you "How do I look?" youll of course say you look good, not a big lie and you did it mostly to not offend your friend so I think its justified

Telling the truth is always the better policy because if you get caught in a lie it can really screw up a bunch of lives. So in order to always be honest you have to live in a way that allows you to do so.

Can you turn into a leopard?

I personaly would just keep silent also.
Because either way, the person will find out the truth. Than so if I had lied. It would damage the person more than it would have. But, maybe I'm wrong here.

I'll lie if it benefits me.

For me, a lie is never a good thing, so I choose the truth. I was raised with a strong foundation on honesty. Though knowing the people here in MU...I'm sure the "lies" option will win.

The truth is generally the better answer, unless there's a certain advantage to be had from lying. There's no need to lie, so why bother having to think something up? It's faster just telling the truth.

Lies can hurt as much as the truth, so it really all depends on what outcome one wants and how creative one can be at lying.
