Eternal Sabbath I am so surprised none of Souryo Fuyumi's works are made into animes.

If they can make Soul Eater into anime then they should be able to make NurariHyon no Mago also.

Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service is great, they could even make fillers out of Mail. Junai Tokkou Taichou is a much better choice than Vampire Knight which is famous for Art compared to the story and more than Special A too.

There are more but I dont recall enough now..

I would Say Highschool of the Dead and Battle Royale, but most anime either add or take away parts. I absolutely hate that, I want to see how the creator originally intended.

Kimi wa Petto (yes I know there was a live action, but I want an anime too!)
Kare Kano (again, and this time done all the way through)
Town of Evening Calm, Country of Cherry Blossoms (I would love to see an OVA/movie of this)
More good yaoi/shounen ai (maybe I just can't find it, but the amount of good yaoi seems to pale in comparison to that of yuri)

Though there a lot of mangas I enjoyed that would make good animes, in general, I really prefer reading manga, so I wouldn't even bother to watch them.

Like they did with Monster, I want a ~74 episode adaptation of 20th Century Boys.

Other than that, I can only really think of Umineko no Naku Koro ni (which will inevitably get one so that Higurashi is actually explained...), and ToraDora, which feels like it will get an adaptation eventually.
