Damn henki8, you basically listed all manga that anyone would suggest but the ones from your list that stick out to me are:
+Deadman Wonderland (yes absolutely yes)
+AIKI (pretty funny but it may be to hot for tv and I still have no idea how the old Kunitoshi really is)
+Dogs: B&C (I would give my soul for this anime)
+Hohzuki Island (haven't seen a new release in a while but it still pretty good)
+MPD Psycho (same vein as Death Note need I say more)
Now for my own:
+Bitter Virgin (brilliant, mature drama that could convince people that cartoons are no longer "for children")
+New Gantz series (the anime ended horribly and the manga only got better after that)
+Doubt (anime version of Saw II only this is better)
- Keep on Vibrating (wow this one may be a little much since it's like an microbe away from hentai but some of the stories were nice especially the first and the last one; I think it could be stuctured like the Animatrix)

You could even tell that Seishi wanted this to become an anime. Every chapter he had was about 3-4 chapters long and that's usually the amount they use for an episode.
