Description
From Solaris-SVU:

Though his name may mean good luck, Daikichi is far from lucky. Losing his home and his job, he narrowly avoids being homeless when he finds an old abandoned apartment building. But the apartment isn't nearly as abandoned as it first appeared, as it's being occupied by the ghost of a girl who committed suicide there many years prior.

simple, sweet, and relaxing. that's all you need to know. plot is simple, to the point and has no ridiculous drama except that the girl is dead. art is good, character development is actually really nice, and it really has no real plot, so it is a pretty nice read. its a really good 9, but not a 10 cause it has no plot so it really feels a little pointless, but fun nonetheless.

This manga really draws you in; a simple love story between two lonely people who finally find each other. Tanaka-sensei's work really goes beyond simple ecchi/comedy/romance; his characters feel real, and you want to care about them. This one won't make you cry; it might tear you up at times, but--in the end--it will leave you smiling.

This is strange, I don't know why I keep reading this. The story is weird but beautiful. I am really serious when a rate a manga I don't just give it a 10 because I liked the first chapter. A really, really, really great manga with a strong story and a good art, I would give it an 8 or a 9
that's why I gave this one a strong 7. I really recommend this.

The first volume was very well done. It had a good flow, good story, lot's of sex appeal and a satisfying conclusion. It could be taken as a one shot volume unto itself actually. Hope this series lasts.

So far, only the first volume has been scanlated, so the rating counts only for half the story.
This one is en par with the best mangas I've ever read. GREAT story, very nice art and highly interesting characters. Especially the last two chapters are really great smile

My Lovely Ghost Kana is a surprisingly sweet love story between a normal guy and a ghost girl. It's a "slice of life" series so it consists of separate day-to-day stories that rarely build upon each other. Don't pick this up if you're expecting something with a heavy plot--MLGK is for the people who just want to read something that would make them go home just a little bit happier.

My Lovely Ghost KANA has a couple of sex scenes, although the point of the story is not about sex. It focuses on the love between a human and a ghost.

A good read nonetheless and hope the story goes beyond five volumes or something

I love this!!! I've read 5 chapters so far I love it, its not hentai, but it focuses on the love (between a guy and a really cuute ghost) and I feel really good reading this, same as I felt when reading Ai Ren. I know something sad will happen, but I just love the simpleness of the story, much like Ai Ren. Doing everyday things with the one you love, gardening, doing groceries, coming back from work or something~~... its too cuuute~~~

Definitely a good read!!!
and also read Ai Ren!!!!! if you haven't already!!!!!!

Well indeed the first few chapters have shown alot of sex, and well I'm not even sure what to think of it at the moment. It's weird, like it has some serious or mysterious lines and then next page, sex again hahaha...but the story is indeed interesting so here's to hoping it comes out to be a good one.

"if you realize, its not even rated hentai, just ecchi, because most likely, the story will develop more into something deep and sex won't even be a main theme..." --leefan

Indeed, I truly agree with you, and seeing as the mangaka is Tanaka Yutaka whom is famous for his magnificent work in conveying stories of first loves and such. So in my opinion, I think the story is unfolding nicely, if not to vulgarly obscene.
