I actually used to hate Yaoi and Shounen-ai, but now, I think i kinda like it.
I was looking for a manga that might that might actually stop my hate of shounen-ai, and this manga did the trick.
There was never a moment where I got annoyed at both the guys, and that is actually a very good thing, since i get annoyed at manga characters pretty easily.
This manga will definitely cure your hate of shounen-ai (if you have one, that is).
And if you like shounen-ai, you'll definitely love this

I'm surprised of how many are complaining that "they don't get why it's rated so high". Honestly, did you really READ it till the end?

This manga has a very nice gentle touch. Even if it's a story of just 7 days, it still doesn't feel rushed. After reading it I had this calm feeling. I thought the manga has a little good originality in it and even though it doesn't dig that deep into the characters, I still got to know them well.

Some of you were complaining about Shino and that sensei didn't explain everything about her and her relationship with the two brothers. Well actually she did! You honestly just didn't read the manga if you didn't catch her history.

But of course, people have a different taste. I personally am more into yaoi than shounen-ai, but this was a very nice read. I loved it! Sensei's style is simple yet kinda delicate. The characters are likable and interesting and the flow of the plot goes nicely and calmly forward. I've read closer to 1000 different manga and yes, this isn't my favorite or anything. But it's definetely one of the most enjoyable reads I've had.

Totally recomended!

When I finished reading, I was not left with a giggling mad or sad groaning expression at it ending, no, I was just smiling slightly and relaxed. The manga had a certain lull to it, but it was not a sleep-inducing, boring lull.

The overall tone seemed peaceful and somewhat poignant--quiet. Everything simply flowed into one another, with occasional ripples of mild intensity. Events rolled over in consecutive waves, and I discovered that there was no need to question the logic of the happenings, it felt natural and realistic in the sense that 'things just happen'. Not pretentious at all. Characters just reacted with a certain simplicity akin to that of real life: they didn't fall in love with obvious blushes and burning passion, instead it's just subtle but sure.

...Though there's no denying that we could've delved deeper into their psches and stories. We only get glimpses of their thoughts, mainly through their actions and facial expresions. The art was lovely in conveying their emotions; and the simple prettiness of it contributed to the calm atmosphere.

So although I believe it just skims the surface of the pool, it will definitely quench your thirst.

I LOVE this manga. It's definitely top ten for me. I have a hard time explaining why too. Hmm, it might be the bittersweet feelings of the uke as he realizes that he is going to be dumped in a few days, no matter what he does and it actually matters to him. Or the way that the seme starts to regret the way he's been treating his previous relationships as it starts to destroy this one. The desperate way he starts to feel as it all crumbles around him, even though he is really a good person and was genuinely looking for someone to love (it just didn't look like that from the outside). I liked that he treats each relationship like it's real, but the uke thinks it's fake. It might be the way that the mangaka is just so amazing at portraying emotions through her drawings. Ugh, LOVE this manga. I am always rereading it. <3<3 I wish there were more stories by this mangaka. I'd read anything she put out. =)

I give it a 1 because each chapter is almost like a new story doesn't continue. They don't seem like they are in love with much. What I mean is they don't talk out their problem they had. I'm like who the older brother why is his girlfriend making out with the younger brother?

I've read Seven Days before and even if I think it's a pretty good manga, I can only give it a rating of 6 out of 10. I think it's a bit unrealistic that all the girls can just pretty much acknowledge their idol having a male partner without having much fight. The story between the two main characters are adorable, true, but I don't feel connected to them at all. Or maybe that's just me.

Aside from that, it's a pretty enjoyable manga. If you love reading a story about a couple that almost has no problem in their relationship, this manga is perfect for you.

I fully agree with @kurosu_yuuki (who is actually agree with @keyracunan ^_^). I don't get all these 10s.
If you like "josei yaoi" (may I say so?) then you probably won't be impressed by this story. The dialogues were rather simple. Falling in love was hurried (not surprising, they had only 7 days, minus studying at school) and, because of that, it looked absurd to me.
At first, I didn't like the art, but then i came to think, it was charming, in a way, and suited the story. (but faces lack expression, imho ^^)

Firstly, this has got to be my number 1 at the moment, beating the yaoi and shounen-ai mangas I've read in my life, it will definitely stay in my top 10 for a while but I just don't know why... Why? The artwork wasn't that clean, the kissing scene was too short (duh, coming from a girl who reads explicit yaoi all the freaking time), the story was short (seven days... XD) but the depth...it was amazing... I probably won't remember the uke or the seme's name but I will definitely remember the depth this story gave off! It's hard to portray the struggles of both party when usually a mangaka focuses on either side of the story. But this story was just perfect when it came to development. The seme's trying hard to make the uke understand while the uke is trying hard to make the seme understand! In the end some knots weren't loosen yet but it was a happy ending! It is well written! (If you had to write a story that spans over a week in 3 years, I think you'd understand..)

People who have yet to read this manga but instead is reading my comment, plz get your eyes off this page and on to the first page of this much cherished manga! Go I tell you! GOOOOOOO!!!!

This story makes me want to do that girly squeel thing I LOVED this story! This is the first shounen ai story i've read and its so cute! The characters are so adorably lovable! I just want to have them both as teddy bears so i can cuddle with them all the time! I know that sounds weird but i cant help it Deffinately recomended.

This was beautiful. I'd recommend this to anyone especially if you love light fluffy mangas. This isn't some sex driven story which I'm glad for(I've read a lot of those). It's a sweet story about two guys going out with each other within a week's period seeing if they'll fall in love with each other.

This is something I'll surely love and reread over time.
