From Storm in Heaven and one of their legacy groups, Bamboo Feathers:

Deep in a cave lies a demon trapped in ice who will eat any human who dares enter. The demon, Blood, waits for the human who will cry the purest tears, for the gem formed from those tears will break the spell that binds him.

One day, a young man named Ishuca appears in the cave—and knowing that his weak heart will not last long, he has come to die. Touched by Ishuca's gentle nature, Blood gradually begins to change from the cruel, ice-cold demon he once was.

Note that the artbook contains a new Koori short story.

very un-original and un-interesting...

the plot is so slow...
they just repeat the same phrases again and again in different ways, chapters on it is SO boring...
most of the choices and actions the characters makes are predictable...
sometimes they dont make any sense at all...
Ishuca is so typically uke...
thus, it is...
so, so, so, extremely boring =_=

i might continue reading to see if there are any exciting things...but i wouldn't recommend people to read this =_=

I read silver diamond first so my expectation was high on this one. I like silver diamond better but nevertheless it's amazing. This mangaka really know how to put shonen ai and supernatural together. The only thing its lacking is humor that silver diamond have but this story is more deeper than silver diamond. I really hope it won't get licensed, well not until storm finish scanlating it biggrin If you like silver diamond then i highly recommend this and if you haven't read silver diamond read it now!! biggrin

Like TinderBlast said, this would be incredibly normal if it were a shoujo manga. Regardless, the characters are absolutely adorable and they develop as the plot does. There are a lot of humorous moments, which is what I personally love about it, and the characters aren't one dimensional. Still, it definitely loses points for Ishuca's very typical uke-ness.

While reading I felt that this manga had the feel and substance of an average shojo manga. Both characters are, while interesting and personable, rather stereotypical. If Ishuca were a girl, this would be a rather average shojo manga with the minor twists that keep it from being the next series over. It also moves kinda...obvious. I felt that this manga was aimed at younger children, like around 13 years. The plot was pretty base and they reiterated enough. Regardless, this is still a fun read. It doesn't have any serious faults or greatness. This manga feels like Inuyasha to me (weird I know, but thats the vibe I get).

Truly a great shounen ai with a bit of action, i really like the art and all of the characters which are quite a lot. Although it's a bit long it's worth it and i like how at the end you do not have to guess because all questions are answered and everything is concluded. Too bad though that there was not more intimacy between them than just kisses, ah would have loved to at least know it happened.

I thought that "Silver Diamond" is the best shounen-ai manga I've ever read, but this one is just better than SD... Gosh, I love the plot, the characters and the pure love between Ishuca and Blood smile

Nice plot, and hmm reseonble art I guesse.
It has its stupid moment like "somebody figures out something and then that somebody says it to him/herself"
But there are really cute moment^^ Don't know if it will be considered as a spoiler, even so, a minor one so..Posible Spoiler ahed>>

Spoiler (highlight to view)
when Blood kissed Ishuca in front of Cain while Ishuca was wearing an amulet, so CUTE^^.

The translations and scans of the first and second volumes are a little crappy... grammer mistakes and low quality scans... (well, I guesse there are people that know english as a forgin language worse than me^^)

It's realy predictable though... In the part with the lake demon in volume 3,
I understood who that girl was when Ishuca went to hom.
It's still nice nontheless^^
