I'm looking for a romance series with a feminine hero (either in looks or personality) like Pump Up, Pheromomania Syndrome, Kimi wa Girlfriend. Genderbender is good too like Tenshi ja nai, Penguin Revolution, or W-Juliet.
I have no idea why, but I love those type of series, especially when the girly guy has an evil side.
Thanks and all suggestions are appreciated. 🙂

How about Otomen?

Your description reminds me a lot of Akira (the male lead) in Ai wo Utau Yori Ore ni Oborero!, especially the part about "the girly guy has an evil side."

For a Shinjo Mayu series, the manga is halfway decent, but I haven't read the whole thing, or its sequel, so all I can say is that the part that I read up until was OK.

I also second the recommendation for Mizuho Ambivalent and Maria Holic. Both series grew on me in a strange way; I didn't care for them at first but kept coming back to read the latest chapter, and now I really enjoy them both.

They are probably girly guys with "an evil side". 😉

And there's Fudanshism.

yubisaki milk tea and after school nightmare. Both are a bit heavy and deals with psychology of the characters.

Tamago no Kimi - I'm not sure if the guy can be considered feminine, but since he's a total narcissist he might fill the bill.

Beauty Pop -- the hero acts like a stereotypical shoujo heroine
Ciel
Gokusen
Kamisama Hajimemashita -- androgynous fox boy
Ningyo Ouji -- merman whose gender switches back and forth
Paradise Kiss
Unplugged Boy -- he crossdresses at one point

Thanks for the suggestions 😀
I've already been reading a lot of those like Otomen and Ai wo Utau Yori Ore ni Oborero (a personal favorite with the adorably evil Akira) and Vanilla Ice and really enjoyed them besides owning all the English volumes of Charming Junkie. I'll go check out the rest of the suggestions, especially Mariaholic (sounds really fun) and keep them coming please. They can be any genre (I just started the BLmanga Kawaii Akuma and it is priceless) and all secretly evil girly-boys are appreciated.
