Ok, I know this is a weird thing to ask for, but I'm really curious if there are any romance mangas out there that features the main character falling in love with a person from the opposite sex, but that person is homosexual, or is a woman/man hater. I'd love to see how they develop the relationship, and how the main character strive to win the love.

The only example I've found is That's Why I Sigh. I guess another one that counts is Atashi wa Bambi, but this one's not really what I mean.

The main character can be a guy or girl, don't matter. And though I prefer shoujo and josei, I don't mind shounen and seinen. I despise ecchi/smut/hentai, but if it's a good story, I'm willing to compromise XD

I guess Utopia of Homosexuality might count a little. The only thing is *both *characters are gay and happen to fall for each other, not just one side.

It has a guy who's interested in a lesbian girl as one of the main characters. It's published in what appears to be a seinen magazine, but it might as well be shoujo.

They, Too, Love is about several characters falling in love with people (most of whom happen to be in love with other people). One of the main characters is gay and is in love with a straight guy who loves a girl who loves the gay guy. (Kinda fuzzy in my memory now, but I'm pretty sure that's how it goes).

O-Guts Straight(?) boy A falls in love with another boy B when A sees B dressed as a girl.

I could have sworn I've read this plot before, but I can't remember where. I'll keep thinking.

Here's some that are sorta, but not really:
Yamada Tarou Monogatari, he's both straights and gays falling in love with him but he's oblivious.

Shout Out Loud A side character is in love with one of the main character, who is willing to try out a gay relationship, but it's not truly his inclination.

Click Girl falls in love with a 'guy' she finds out is gay. But not really because this story has some gender bending going on.

LoL. I find this topic vastly amusing, and give you props for it. Rather than being sick and twisted like some of the other ones I've seen, this one is actually pretty down to earth as strange as it is. Unique but not terribly unpleasant. Good work. 😎
