On the info page of your favourite shoujo, click shoujo under Genre and just make sure to choose "Only show completely scanlated manga" that'll exclude the oneshots. After that, order them by ratings. That's what I do when I want something new to read.

But to answer your specifically, some completed shoujo that I like are:
