Dokuhime ---- gothic lolita ftw!
B.A.D. (SAKAKIBARA Sousou)
Ilegenes ---- slashy
Amatsuki
Umineko no Naku Koro ni
Shounen Oujo
Tsuki no Shizumu made
Conductor
Devil Survivor ------ how could a story about demon infested city not be a tragedy?

well, i dunno if these are really tragedy and matched with your taste.......depend on my memory, these mangas are bit dark (or maybe really dark).
🙂

well, i second Pandora Hearts but haven't read the others so don't know (yet)

but from what i do know i recommend:

Fushigi Yuugi: Genbu Kaiden - has all your um requested conditions except horror, doesn't have that, but you should read it

Gakuen Alice - also has them all, only have to mention that from the beginning it's more of a comedy/happy-go-lucky type thou you can hint the darkness=tragedy there & as it goes on it gets more & more tragic

Hatenkou Yuugi - it's a must read

Ayashi no Ceres - it doesn't have here at mangaupdates a tragedy tag but i believe it is, it's worth reading anyway, if i remember correctly i cried while reading it

Bitter Virgin - more of a serious/tragic horrific story, but - it doesn't have anything supernatural sooo, i guess it doesnt fit

in short the girl was repeatedly raped by her step-father and got pregnant, then it tells how she deals with it/heals, sort of

Chrno Crusade - you'll cry, believe me, it's a must read

Crimson-Shell - it's short, good & after reading it you'll want more

Ghost Hunt - everything but romance, at least not really, more of a horror/investigation manga but it's better than good, great

Hana to Akuma - tragedy is at the end & you'll love it, a perfect ending (fro my perspective)

Hotarubi no Mori e - the 2nd story is the one i remember the best from this one; it's good

Immortal Rain - it's good, real good

Rec - Kimi ga Naita Hi - no supernatural, comedy or horror but you'll love it, it's short, perfect & one of a kind!!!!!!!! a definite must read, cant not cry at the very end

Usotsuki Mi-kun to Kowareta Ma-chan: Totteoki no Uso - doesnt have supernatural or comedy, but it was good and short if a bit sick from my perspective but still good, nah it was good & done in a clever/interesting way if i remember correctly

The Record of a Fallen Vampire - there's no comedy (thou i think there was even if a bit now & then) or horror, but it's perfect.Perfect. This one's also a must read, a genius work which will bring out your tears

hmmm i think that's all i recall from my favorite tragic manga which makes one cry & think 'bout it long after it's finished
