Actually, I disagree that Totally Captivated has a cool seme. The seme is an outwardly glamorous but inwardly broken man. It's the uke who has a good head on his shoulders.

I think Junjou Romantica fits your description the best. Love Mode also fits.

I disagreed with Viewfinder. The seme kidnaps and rapes the uke in the beginning of story. Not so cool, huh?

Some suggestions:

Lovers, Souls - the seme is a photographer and the uke works as his model and deeply admires him. Emotional, tragic ending.

Portrait In Blue - the seme is a gallery owner and the uke is an aspiring artist. There is mutual admiration and the uke wants to paint something that really conquers the seme. Very sexy.

Canvas ni Kuchizuke wo - the seme is a painter with penetrant eyes, the uke falls for this "look" and wants to conquer the seme's heart. Very spicy and explicit.

Vanilla - the seme is a heartless and cold teacher and the uke is a student who decided to conquer his heart and melt his coldness. Very cool, he uses strategies that are unexpected by the teacher.
