So far from what I read I rarely see a rich girl and a poor boy setting. It's usually shoujo with Rich boy and poor girl.
So any suggestions? Maybe I forgot some but the only manga I remember with this setting are Hayate and Immortal Regis. Right now I'm in the mood for some shounen but I'm also cool with shoujo.

Although no one in their right mind could consider it a pairing (at this point), you might find the interplay between Harima Kenji and Sawachika Eri in School Rumble interesting.

All butler shoujo mangas are like that..
so 2 are:-
Wagamama na Butler
Mei-chan no Shitsuji
I would love recos from here which dont have butler-shoujo characteristics....

Isn't Yamada Tarou Monogatari like that? I haven't read much, but I think that was the premise. It's shoujo-ish.... but it's by Morinaga Ai, so it's mostly gags and comedy. HANADA might fit too, but it's more typical shoujo and also just starting as a scanlation. Monkey High! is licensed but it's got the rich-girl, common-boy theme, so you might check it out (also shoujo... sorry, that's about all I read)

Um well you can't really call the girl "rich" or the guy "poor" but maybe Arakure?
Oh and Nagatachou Strawberry might also work.

Snow Drop is the only one I can think of, though I didn't much care for it. It's supposed to be a manhwa retelling of Romeo & Juliet.
Argh: truth in advertizing--you've really hit on one of the things that bugs me about shoujo here. I read a lot of shoujo, but sometimes it really bugs me when I think about how formulaic (and often sexist) it is.
I think the reason why it's so difficult to come up with titles for this is becauses in all shoujo, the girls MUST end up with guys of some type of higher status than them (in wealth, intelligence, popularity, fame, etc.), because we all know that what all women want is to marry up since it's unrealistic for them to have their own personal and professional goals outside of landing a man. I think that's why butler mangas can be the exception to the "no poor boys" rule, since the girls in those mangas are shown as being utterly spoiled and useless as a result (so they're still very much dependent on their men, who as butlers, pretty much run their lives).
[Sorry for the rant. I needed to get that out of my system!]
