The following has always been our policy. I'm just putting it here for all to see because some people keep bothering me.
Please be aware that MangaUpdates is [color=red]NOT[/color] responsible for the existence/maintenance of old download links. If a group is defunct, their domain has expired, an old release's download link doesn't work, etc, [color=red]DO NOT[/color] come whining to us about it.
[color=red]MangaUpdates does not and never will host manga. It is against our rules/policies to ask for downloads on the forums.[/color]
However, if a recent release is fake or does not exist, please report that to us. We continue to strive to maintain a clean database. Fake releases will not be tolerated. This includes April Fools Day (April 1st).
Within reason, we will change download link entries if you provide us the links (and the release must not be of a licensed series).
In case you don't know, we now have custom lists. This means you can make as many lists as you want for keeping track of your manga! You must be a registered member (it's easy and free!) to use this function. For instance, you could make one list for series you would really recommend and another list for all the hentai series you read (>_> ) .
However, there are still some limitations we are working to get around (like how you cannot add a series on more than 1 list at this moment). If you have any problems or suggestions (or feel that we should know something about custom lists), then please post them on our forum here:

As of today, Friday, January 9th, 2009, you can now add custom user lists. You can access them by viewing your lists screen and clicking "Edit Lists" next to the Reading List link.
You should all thank [sitelink=members.html?id=86213]monkeyvoodoo[/sitelink] for taking the time to learn our code base and make this modification! We're proud to have added this awesome new coder to our team!
