Born in Seoul in 1959. He graduated from Hongik University College of Fine Arts, and in 1986, he was elected a 4-cut cartoon "Quail" in the 1st Daily Sports Newcomer Cartoon Contest. From 1992 to 1993, he published <Little Hippo Conco> in the cartoon magazine'Boy Champ', and from 1996 to the present, he has been serializing <Martial Arts Boy's Mang> in the monthly cartoon magazine'Pangfang'. His other works include <Hello Comang>, <Immortal Alien>, and <Give Me the Head of a Genius>.
