Hui King Sum joined Jademan comics at the age of 17 and became a hot comic artist on "Street Fighter" in 1991. Later, "Speedmaster Century" and "Red Scorpion 13" appeared. In 1999, he created "Skywalker" but the comic ended in bankruptcy. He is best known for plagiarizing Japanese comics . Regardless of his style, composition and story lines are 90% similar to the original. In the past three years, he has only developed an animation in the Mainland to the north. This time he has returned to the Hong Kong comics scene with the game of "Street Fighter IV".
