New Poll - 2021 vs 2020
I should've done this poll a couple of weeks ago, but I forgot... And some stuff already happened in the last 2 weeks that may color your answer.

You can submit poll ideas here

Previous Poll Results:
Question: Someone offers to buy everything you own and would pay the amount necessary to replace with equivalent function. Would you take the money and start over?
No - votes: 1747 (62.1%)
Yes - votes: 1067 (37.9%)
There were 2814 total votes.
The poll ended: January 16th 2021

I hope you're never put into the situation where insurance would be necessary to replace things.

Just a little better

Ah. Misread the question, didn't read it properly, answered for how it's been so far. Mea culpa xD
I think it'll be better. Not much, but better. I mean, 2020 killed so much, destroyed so much it's nearly impossible to destroy more.
Edit: I mean personally. Not talking about the rest of the world and businesses, that's going to be worse for now, and possibly better, too, with the vaccine.

About the same

Every subsequent year is better than the previous, and ever subsequent year is worse than the previous. The only real difference is how you look at it and how you let it effect your life.

Hopefully vaccines work and it is a little bit better

» VawX on January 17th, 2021, 6:11am

So far it's about the same mmm...
I hope the vaccine will work, but tbh the pandemic and WFH stuff kinda help me a bit, but yes it's still rather scary to do stuff mmm...

Personally, ‘exceedingly better’ since I’ll be able to get vaccinated at some point and get out and hike again. The first half of the year will still suck but the second half should be great!

In terms of the overall trajectory of the world though, about the same.

I put "just a little better" under the expectation that vaccines go to members of the general public around April. It has the potential to be just as bad but I don't think "worse" is possible.

beat covid in 4 days, got out of a violent relationship

i'll probably be in the minority, thinking 2021 wont be nearly as nice as 20

» Nekore on January 19th, 2021, 10:16pm

I have no hope left for the world

» kuchra on January 21st, 2021, 12:24pm

Unless WW3 breaks out it can't really get much worse.
