Never thought this mangaka had it in her to be able to write such a simple but heartfelt story with very genuine and likeable characters. Definitely my favourite work from her to date. The smut is also quite hot, which, again, isn't something in her repertoire I was astutely aware of. Thank god there is a sequel to follow.
i loved it. at first I was annoyed with hana for bouncing in order to create the drama, but I guess it's the premise to the entire manga so it couldn't be helped. the characters are well rounded and funny. their relationship is full of cute banter and it's obvious how much they love one another. I see there's a sequel, if it's full of nothing but fluff stories of them living together then i'll be wholly satisfied lol. Very cute and sweet read! (Also nice smut hehe)
We see from the beginning that Hana is quite a unique character in terms of kink, personality and, background, whereas we see Ikkun as a plain and stoic persona. But as we progress through the story, the two slowly unveil different sides to them - Ikkun as a caring and loving friend and lover, Hana as a strong-willed, independent person with ambition.
The story had a nice balance of characters, kink and fluff, and art and plot. All in all a commendable read for readers who prefer yaoi with legit plot.

I JUST CANT BELIEVE THAT IT ENDED WITH TOO MUCH FLUFF!!!IWAS DETERMINED TO GIVE LOW RATING WHEN IKKUN SABOTAGED HANA'S SHIRT!!! BUT WHEN THEY WERE IN A RELATIONSHIP, I HONESTLY APPRECIATE IKKUN'S SMALL GESTURES LIKE KISSING HANA ON HIS FOREHEAD WHILE SLEEPING, OR WAITING FOR HANA TO HAVE SEX WITH HIM, OR WHEN IKKUN CRIED DURING SEX (THAT'S MAJOR POINTS FOR ME IN THE FLUFF CATEGORY!!!!). THIS KINDA HAD A SHOUJO VIBES INTO IT LOL. ANYWAY, THE ONLY 3G3RRD MOMENT FOR ME WAS WHEN HE SLAPPED HANA. AND HE WAS HALF-ASSED ABOUT DEALING WITH HANA'S FEELINGS TOO. HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL HANA TO JUST CONFESS, BUT ACTUALLY KINDA-- REJECTED HIM. AND HE SABOTAGED HANA'S SHIRT IN THE BAR. AND THE FACT THAT HE NEVER SAID I LOVE YOU TO HANA. THAT'S TOTES UNFORGIVABLE IN MY OPINION, BUT THEIR RELATIONSHIP ENDED SO FLUFF SO LOL

This is a light and enjoyable read. The art is fantastic and the pacing is on point.
The amount of drama is just right too.
I see that there is a sequel to this volume and I hope it gets picked up too!

There is one point where it looks like the plot might get too angsty but there is a funny turn around.
I see that there is a sequel to this volume and I hope it gets picked up too!
