Description

In this country, there exists a god called the 'batsu'. And a surreal and beautiful batsu called Rei is the master of a servant called Theo. Their roles were passed down from generations in their family, but their relationship gradually turns to love as Theo's desire to stay together grow stronger day by day. When he feels the warmth of Rei's body, he feels comfort. However, batsu age several times faster than normal humans, and Theo will also eventually outlive Rei.

the art oh my gosh, literally the best thing ever TT
The art is gorgeous, the characters (mostly the batsu) and the story are interesting and I liked the lonely and sad atmosphere throughout the whole manga. But the ending seems pretty unfinished and open,

the main conflict: their different aging and how the batsu is responding to the human touch by being sicker each day

all of this seem to foreshadowing a tragedy, and even if it ends in a tragedy, I'd like to read their story to the end.
I think this is the first time I have read about a God-Human relationship in which the god is actually the one who ages faster and I gotta say, this one is impressive.
The art is what caught my attention first, it's beautiful and nicely drawn, the chibis are adorable as well, so I would say the aesthetics alone are a big reason to give it a try.
As for the plot, the premise is very unique and intriguing, the pace was okay I guess, but the romance felt a bit lacking in my opinion idk? Both characters are pretty much lonely and have only each other, so it felt a bit too convenient that they would suddenly fall in love.
Either way, I am still pretty satisfied with how it turned out, since this is the author's first BL as well. So I am looking forward to more good works from her!

This is a sweet and heart-warming story about a kind human and a lonely god who live in a seperate world from others. What I love the most is the beautiful art, which makes readers overwhelmed with fluffiness.
